The window and split air conditioners are usually used for the small air conditioning capacities up to 5 tons.The central air conditioning systems are used for where the cooling loads extend beyond 20 tons.The packaged air conditioners are available in the fixed rated capacities of 3, 5,7,10 and 15 tones.The packaged air conditioner is a type of factory-assembled air-conditioning unit ready for installation.The unit may be attached in a window, an opening provided through a wall, or on the building roof. These units may role an individual room, a zone, or multiple zones.In package air conditioner all the components such as compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator units which is kept in a metallic cabin. The space can be minimizing by kept in a single cabin.These units are used commonly in place like restaurants, telephone exchanges, homes, small halls etc.
